Let me ask you a question.

If you do, then I’ve got a really simple tip for you that will help almost instantly lower your stress level and something you should probably do on an hourly basis, just set a timer on your phone and you could do this every hour.
All you need to do, it’s four times four. So you’re just going to get in a seated position and you’re going to breathe. You’re just going to breathe for four seconds. You’re going to go four seconds. Breathe in one, two, three, four, hold it for four seconds. Then breath out for four seconds.
One, two, three, four, then hold the breath out for four seconds. So it’s four seconds in. Hold for four seconds, breathe out for four seconds. Hold the breath out for four seconds.
If you start doing that a few times an hour, just sit down and make it a habit. I can guarantee you, you will feel less stressed throughout the day.
