One of my favorite entertainers and comedians of all time is Jerry Seinfeld.
Jerry does a bit where he talks about nighttime Jerry.
He would make poor decisions — staying up late, eating badly, maybe drinking a lot — and then says, “I’ll just let daytime Jerry worry about the consequences.”
It’s a great bit, and it makes me think about health and life.
If I make really, really poor decisions, and my mindset is, “I’ll just let Future Mike deal with the consequences.”
Is that a good idea or a bad idea?
It’s a bad idea.
Same thing goes for you.
The decisions you make today are going to drastically impact future you — 5, 10, and 20 years down the road.
So I want to ask you, where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
Do you see yourself as you get older, full of vitality, full of health, full of life, able to do exactly what you want to do?
Or do you see yourself going downhill? Year after year, you get less and less healthy, and you get sicker and sicker.
Where do you see yourself?
The decisions you make today will determine what future you is going to deal with.
Regular chiropractic care is one of the best things you can do to ensure future you is full of health and full of vitality.
It’s not the only thing you should do, but it’s a vital thing you should do.
