Why is the first visit discounted so much?
Because we want to make it easy for you to get evaluated before making a larger decision about care.
We'd rather have you come in, meet the team, go through the appropriate testing, and understand what's happening before deciding whether we're the right fit for you.
Does the $129 include chiropractic treatment?
The purpose of the initial evaluation is to determine what's going on and whether our approach is appropriate for you.
If care is recommended, we'll explain the recommendations and associated costs before you make any decisions.
There is no obligation to begin care.
What is NeuroInfiniti testing?
NeuroInfiniti testing gives our doctors additional objective information about nervous-system function and physiological responses.
We use that information alongside your history, examination, posture, balance, coordination, and other clinical findings to develop a more complete picture of what's happening.
Why do you perform so much testing?
Because symptoms only tell us part of the story.
Two people can walk into our office with the same complaint and have very different findings.
Our goal isn't simply to ask: “Where does it hurt?”
We want to better understand: “Why might your body be struggling in the first place?”
Do I need insurance to become a patient?
No.
You do not need chiropractic insurance coverage to become a patient.
Because we're a cash-based practice, you'll know the cost of care before agreeing to it.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible healthcare expenses.

Can I submit my visits to my insurance company myself?

We'll review your findings and let you know what we believe is going on.
