One membership doesn't mean one approach for everyone. Adults, children, and people during pregnancy each receive individual evaluations and recommendations.
How it works
Three steps, starting with you

Book your first visit
Start with a consultation and examination — and your first adjustment when it's clinically appropriate. One $129 price covers your first two visits.

Review your options
At your second visit, Dr. Mike explains what he found and what he recommends, and walks you through membership and per-visit options before you decide.
- 03
Settle into care
As a member, regular visits are walk-in during patient care hours. You'll also schedule your orientation and first NeuroInfiniti stress response evaluation.

What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Because membership pricing is for continuing members, a cancelled membership can't be rejoined later — but you're always welcome to continue care at the per-visit fee.
How do payments work?
Membership is paid by automatic monthly debit.
Do I still need an appointment?
Your first two visits are scheduled appointments. After that, regular adjustment visits are walk-in during patient care hours. Orientations, re-examinations and NeuroInfiniti evaluations are scheduled.
How often will I come in?
Visit frequency is based on Dr. Mike's individual recommendations for you — typically weekly — and can change as you're reassessed over time.
Does membership cover my family?
Yes — there are couple and family options, including care for children and during pregnancy. Each new family member starts with their own new-patient visits. Family is considered to be parents and all children living at home under the age of 25.
Do I have to become a member?
No. Membership is optional. Per-visit care is available, and we'll explain both options before you decide anything.
Do you take insurance?
Foothills Chiropractic is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance. You don't need insurance to become a patient — you'll always know the cost of care before agreeing to it. You are able to use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for care.
