Complete the short form below. We’ll send you a very brief questionnaire about what is going with you. Once you send that back to us, Dr. Geran will review it and speak with you by phone. If it appears that Foothills Chiropractic is the right fit, he’ll schedule your new patient visit at that time.
What happens after you submit

Dr. Geran reviews it and speaks with you.
He reads it personally, then has a brief phone conversation to understand what's going on.

If we both decide it makes sense to move forward, we’ll schedule your first visit.
