Chiropractic Techniques
Zone Technique
A system that restores function by addressing spinal areas in six functional zones of the body.
The Zone Technique is a chiropractic framework that groups the body's functions into six zones and associates each with areas of the spine. The idea is that assessment of specific spinal points can help indicate which zone may warrant attention.
As with every technique used at Foothills Chiropractic, whether it is appropriate for you is determined by your evaluation findings — not chosen in advance.
How we decide
Which technique is used — and how much force is involved — is a clinical decision based on your evaluation findings, your history and your body, not simply a preference for a particular kind of adjustment.
